Principle
When the drying oven is working, the fan runs at the same time after the power is turned on. The heat generated by the electric heater is discharged through the air duct, flows through the items that need to be dried in the working room, and is sucked into the fan to form a continuous cycle of hot air. This forced convection cycle makes the temperature in the working room uniform. The temperature controller intelligently adjusts the Heating power according to the set value to achieve accurate thermostatic.

Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
2. Turn on the power supply (220V 50Hz).
3. Turn on the power switch and the fan starts to work.
4. Set the required temperature (50~ 300 ° C) and timing time (1-9999 minutes) through a microcomputer thermostat.
5. Put the items to be dried on the shelf in the studio and close the box door.
6. The equipment starts to heat up and run, and automatically thermostatic after reaching the set temperature.
7. After the timing is over or when you need to stop manually, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a drying, flat, non-corrosion gas environment.
• Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items into the box for drying.
• When placing items, it should not be overcrowded, and space should be left to facilitate hot air circulation.
• When taking and placing items, please pay attention to high temperature to avoid burns.
• Regularly check whether the sealing strip of the box door is in good condition to ensure the sealing performance.
• When cleaning the box, please disconnect the power supply first, wipe it with a soft cloth, and do not rinse it directly with water.
• If not in use for a long time, please cut off the power supply.
