Overview
The DHG-9141 electric thermostatic drying oven is a blower drying equipment with a volume of 140 liters. The shell is welded with good steel plate and the surface is lame plated. The inner chamber is lame plated steel plate with high temperature silver powder paint, with two to four shelves. The door is equipped with a double-decked Glass observation window to ensure good temperature insulation and sealing. The drying oven integrates an electric heater, a microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, a fan and an optimized air duct structure, which is designed to provide a uniform and stable high temperature drying environment for laboratories, industrial production and other scenarios.

Principle
The heating thermostatic system of the drying oven consists of an electric heater, a temperature controller, a fan and an air duct structure. After the power is turned on, the fan starts to work and drives the air flow. The heat generated by the electric heater is discharged through the air duct, flows through the items that need to be dried in the work room, and is then re-sucked by the fan to form a continuous hot air circulation. The microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument monitors and adjusts the Heating power in real time. Through progressive heating and self-tuning functions, the studio temperature quickly reaches the set value and maintains a high degree of uniformity and stability.

Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
2. Turn on the power supply (220V 50Hz) and turn on the power switch.
3. Set the required temperature (range: RT + 10~ 300 ° C) and timing time (range: 1~ 9999 minutes) through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts running, and the heating system starts to work.
5. Place the items to be dried evenly on the shelf and close the box door.
6. The equipment will automatically run until the set time or temperature, and can be viewed through the observation window during the process.
7. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply and take out the items after the temperature in the box naturally chills down.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a drying, stable, non-corrosion gas environment.
• Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items into the box for drying.
• When placing items, do not block the outlet and inlet of the air duct to ensure smooth air circulation.
• When taking and placing items, please be careful to avoid burns.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the door for a long time, so as not to affect the Temperature uniformity and equipment life.
• When cleaning the box, please cut off the power first, wipe it with a soft cloth, and avoid using corrosion cleaners.
• If not used for a long time, please cut off the power supply and keep the box clean and drying.
