Overview
The DHG-9141A electric thermostatic drying oven is one of the DHG-9000 series products with a volume of 140 liters. The shell of the equipment is welded with good steel plate and the surface is lame plated. The liner is made of stainless steel and has a shelf. The box door is equipped with a double-decked Glass observation window. There is a sealing structure between the studio and the box door. The operating parts are concentrated in the front of the box body. The heating thermostatic system in the box is composed of an electric heater, a microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, a fan and an air duct. Uniform heating is achieved by forced circulating air supply.
Features
1. Adopt microcomputer smart digital temperature control instrument, high temperature control accuracy, with self-tuning function.
2. Adopt progressive heating to effectively suppress temperature overshoot.
3. Set the temperature with a protective device and a tracking alarm function.
4. The liner is made of stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean.
5. The box door is equipped with a double-decked Glass observation window, which is convenient for observing the inside of the box.
6. The fan is forced to circulate air to ensure uniform temperature in the studio.
7. Optional RS-485 Communication interface.
Principle
After the equipment is powered on, the fan and the electric heater work at the same time. The heat generated by the electric heater is forcibly discharged by the fan through the air duct. After the hot air passes through the items to be dried in the working room, it is sucked in by the fan to form a continuous cycle of forced convection. This cycle makes the temperature in the working room uniform. The thermostat monitors and adjusts the Heating power in real time for accurate thermostatic control.
Applications
Applicable to all kinds of items drying, baking, heat treatment.
Steps
1. Place the device in a suitable location and connect it to the power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch.
3. Set the required temperature and time through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
4. The equipment starts to work, and the fan and heater start.
5. After the work is completed, the device automatically stops or shuts down manually.
Notice
• Please place the equipment in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Do not place flammable and explosive items in the box.
• When setting the temperature, pay attention to the rated Temperature range of the device.
• When the equipment is working, do not switch the box door frequently, so as not to affect the Temperature uniformity and temperature control accuracy.
• Regularly clean the inside and outside of the equipment to keep the ventilating port open.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the equipment.
