Overview
DHG-9241A electric thermostatic drying oven is a 225 liter volume blast drying equipment. The shell is welded with good steel plate and the surface is lame plated. The liner is made of stainless steel, with double-decked Glass observation window and heat-resistant sealing strip. The structure is beautiful and practical. The equipment adopts a microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, which has the characteristics of High Accuracy Temperature Control and Uniform Temperature.
Features
1. Adopt microcomputer smart digital temperature control instrument, high temperature control accuracy, with self-tuning function.
2. Adopt a progressive heating method to effectively suppress temperature overshoot.
3. The box is equipped with a suitable air duct structure, which is combined with the fan circulation to ensure uniform temperature.
4. Set the temperature with a protective device and a tracking alarm function.
5. The box door is equipped with a double-decked Glass observation window, which is convenient for observing the inside of the box.
6. Optional RS-485 Communication interface.
Principle
The heating thermostatic system of the drying oven consists of an electric heater, a temperature controller, a fan and an air duct structure. After the power is turned on, the fan works, and the heat generated by the electric heater is discharged through the air duct. The hot air flows through the items in the working room and is sucked by the fan to form a continuous cycle of hot air, so that the temperature in the working room is uniform and constant at the set value.
Applications
Suitable for occasions requiring thermostatic drying, baking, heat treatment, etc
Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
2. Turn on the power supply (220V 50Hz).
3. Set the required temperature (50~ 300 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through a microcomputer thermostat.
4. Turn on the power switch and fan switch, and the equipment starts to heat and circulate the air.
5. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, put in the items that need to be dried.
6. After drying, turn off the heating and fan and take out the items.
7. Disconnect the power supply.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a dry, flat, well ventilated indoor use.
• The items in the box should not be placed too tightly, and air duct space should be left to ensure uniform temperature.
• The items placed must be resistant to high temperature, and do not open the box door frequently during the drying process.
When the equipment is working, the temperature of the cabinet surface and observation window may be high, so do not touch it.
• Do not dry flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items.
• After use, please clean the box in time and check the status of the equipment regularly.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
