Overview
DHG-9023A electric thermostatic Benchtop drying oven is a drying equipment made of good steel shell and stainless steel liner, with double-decked Glass observation window and heat-resistant sealing strip. It uses a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system and a circulating blast design, which is suitable for thermostatic drying and baking of items.
Features
1. Adopt microcomputer smart digital temperature control instrument, high temperature control accuracy, with self-tuning function, inhibit temperature overshoot.
2. Adopt a progressive heating method and a suitable air duct structure, and cooperate with the fan circulation to ensure uniform temperature in the box.

Principle
The heating thermostatic system of the drying oven consists of an electric heater, a temperature controller, a fan and an air duct structure. After the power is turned on, the fan works at the same time, and the heat generated by the electric heater is forcibly discharged through the air duct. After the hot air flows through the working room to dry the items, it is sucked in by the fan to form a continuous circulation of air flow, so that the temperature in the working room is uniform and constant. The microcomputer temperature controller monitors and adjusts the Heating power in real time to maintain the set temperature.

Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
2. Turn on the power supply (220V 50Hz).
3. Turn on the power switch.
4. Set the required temperature and timing time (1-9999 minutes) through a microcomputer thermostat.
5. Put the items to be processed on the shelf in the studio and close the box door.
6. The equipment starts to work, the fan runs, and the heating system heats up according to the set program.
7. During the working process, the internal situation can be viewed through the observation window.
8. After the timing is over or when it needs to be interrupted, turn off the power switch and remove the item.
Notice
* The equipment should be placed in a drying, stable and well-ventilated environment.
* Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items into the box for drying.
The items placed should not be overcrowded, and gaps should be left to ensure air circulation.
When picking up and placing items, please pay attention to high temperatures to avoid burns.
* When the equipment is working, do not block the trend and trend for a long time.
* Be sure to cut off the power before cleaning, until the box is completely chilled down.
If there is a malfunction alarm, please cut off the power supply first, and then contact a professional for inspection.
* Regularly check whether the sealing strip of the box door is in good condition to ensure the thermal insulation effect.
