Overview
DHG-9053 electric thermostatic Benchtop blast drying oven is one of the DHG-9000 series products. Its shell is welded with good steel plate, the surface is electrostatically sprayed, and the liner lame plating is silver powder paint with high temperature resistance. The box door is equipped with a double-decked Glass observation window, and the studio and the box door are sealed with heat-resistant silicone rubber or asbestos rope. The drying oven integrates an electric heater, a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, a fan and a suitable air duct structure to achieve uniform and stable temperature in the box through forced blast circulation.
Features
1. Using microcomputer smart digital temperature control instrument, with self-tuning function, high temperature control accuracy.

Principle
After the drying oven is powered on, the fan and the electric heater work at the same time. The heat generated by the electric heater, driven by the fan, is discharged through a specific air duct structure, flows through the items that need to be dried in the working room, and then is sucked by the fan again to form a continuous forced hot air circulation. The microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument monitors the temperature in the box in real time, and controls the work of the heater through progressive heating, so that the studio temperature reaches the set value and remains uniform and stable.

It is suitable for scientific research, education, industrial production and other fields that require thermostatic drying, baking, heat treatment and other processes.
Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
2. Connect the 220V 50Hz power supply.
3. Turn on the power switch and the fan starts to work.
4. Set the required temperature (range RT + 50~ 200 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through a microcomputer thermostat.
5. The temperature controller will automatically start heating and gradually raise the temperature to the set value.
6. During the working process, the internal situation can be viewed through the double-decked Glass observation window.
7. After the timing is over or when you need to stop manually, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a drying, stable and well-ventilated environment.
• Do not place flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items in the box.
• When placing the sample, do not block the outlet and inlet of the air duct to ensure smooth air circulation.
• When taking and placing items, please pay attention to high temperature to avoid burns.
When the equipment is working, the temperature of the cabinet surface and observation window glass may be high, so do not touch it.
• Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to cut off the power until the box is completely chilled down.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the equipment.
