Overview
DHG-9053A electric thermostatic Benchtop drying oven is a drying equipment with intelligent temperature control by microcomputer. The shell is welded with good steel plate and the surface is lame plating, the liner is made of stainless steel, with double-decked Glass observation window and heat-resistant sealing strip, good thermal insulation performance. The equipment circulates hot air through the fan to achieve uniform temperature, which is suitable for drying, baking and heat treatment of various items.

Principle
When the equipment is working, the fan and the electric heater start at the same time after the power is turned on. The fan forcibly discharges the heat generated by the electric heater through the air duct. After the hot air flows through the items that need to be dried in the working room, it is sucked by the fan to form a continuous circulation of hot air flow. The microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument monitors the temperature in the box in real time and controls the power output of the heater through progressive heating, so that the temperature of the studio reaches the set value and remains uniform and stable.
Applications

Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
2. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch.
3. Set the required temperature and timing time through a microcomputer thermostat.
4. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, put in the items that need to be dried.
5. Close the box door and the device will run automatically according to the set program.
6. After the work is completed, remove the items and turn off the power.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a drying, flat, non-corrosion gas environment.
• The items in the box should not be placed too tightly to ensure smooth hot air circulation.
• Operating temperature of drying oven should not exceed its rated maximum temperature.
• When taking and placing items, please pay attention to high temperature to avoid burns.
When cleaning the cabinet, please cut off the power first.
• If not used for a long time, please cut off the power supply and keep the box drying.
