Overview
DHG-9123A electric thermostatic Benchtop drying oven is a drying equipment made of good steel shell and stainless steel liner. It works together with electric heater, intelligent temperature controller, fan and optimized air duct structure to achieve uniform and precise control of temperature in the box. It is suitable for drying, baking and other thermostatic treatment of various items.
Features
1. Using microcomputer smart digital temperature control instrument, with self-tuning function, high temperature control accuracy.
2. Adopt a progressive heating method to effectively suppress temperature overshoot.
3. Equipped with double-decked Glass observation window, it is convenient to observe the inside of the box.
4. The studio and the box door are sealed with heat-resistant silicone rubber or asbestos rope.

7. Set the temperature with a protective device and a tracking alarm function.
Principle
After the drying oven is powered on, the fan and the electric heater work at the same time. The fan drives the air flow, and the heat generated by the electric heater is discharged through the air duct. After the hot air flows through the items that need to be dried in the working room, it is sucked in by the fan to form a continuous cycle of hot air. The microcomputer intelligent temperature controller monitors and adjusts the Heating power in real time. Through this forced convection circulation method, the temperature in the working room reaches a uniform and constant set value.

Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
2. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch.
3. Set the required temperature and timing time (1-9999 minutes) through a microcomputer thermostat.
4. Start the fan and heating function, and the equipment starts to work.
5. The status of the items in the box can be monitored through the double-decked Glass observation window.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the heating and fan switches and disconnect the power supply.
7. After the temperature in the box drops to a safe range, open the box door and take out the items.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Do not put flammable or explosive items in the box for drying.
• The items placed should not be too dense, so as not to affect the hot air circulation and Temperature uniformity.
• When taking and placing items, please pay attention to high temperature to avoid burns.
• Regularly check whether the sealing strip of the box door is in good condition to ensure the sealing performance.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to cut off the power and wait for it to chill down completely.
• If not used for a long time, the power supply should be cut off and the drying inside the box should be kept clean.
