JINGQI DZF-6021 Vacuum oven is a device designed with a cuboid studio, with a semi-circular arc at the four corners, which effectively improves the volume utilization rate. It adopts a tempered bulletproof double-decked Glass door, which is convenient for observing the indoor conditions, and is equipped with a microcomputer intelligent digital temperature control system to ensure accurate and reliable temperature control.

Principle
The Vacuum oven extracts the air in the working room through a vacuum pump to reduce the air pressure, thereby reducing the boiling point of the water and allowing the material to dry quickly at a lower temperature. At the same time, the microcomputer intelligent temperature control system precisely controls the heating temperature to ensure the stability and efficiency of the drying process.

Steps
1. Put the items to be dried on the shelf in the studio.
2. Close the box door and adjust the closing tightness to ensure sealing.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required drying temperature and time.
4. Start the equipment, start heating and vacuuming.
5. After the drying process, turn off the heating first, and then slowly release the vacuum after the temperature drops.
6. Open the box door and take out the drying items.

• Maximum Vacuum Level ≤ 133Pa.
• Shelves (max) is 2, please do not overload.
• Power consumption of drying oven ≥ 300W, please ensure that the power supply line meets the requirements.
• Do not frequently open and close the box door during operation, so as not to affect the Vacuum Level and Temperature Stability.
• Take out high-temperature items with good protection to avoid burns.
