Overview
JINGQI DZF-6050 Vacuum oven is a cuboid studio design with double-decked tempered bulletproof glass door drying equipment. It has a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system, accurate and reliable temperature control, and uses a stainless steel liner to ensure product durability.
Features
1. Cuboid studio, the four corners are semi-circular arcs, and the effective volume utilization rate is large.
2. Adopt tempered, bulletproof double-decked Glass doors for easy observation of objects in the studio.
3. The box door is closed and elastic and adjustable, and is equipped with an integrally formed silicone rubber door sealing ring to ensure a high Vacuum Level in the box.
4. Adopt microcomputer intelligent digital display for temperature control, accurate and reliable.
5. The studio is made of stainless steel to ensure the durability of the product.
Principle
The Vacuum oven reduces the air pressure in the working room through the vacuum system, thereby reducing the boiling point of the water, so that the material can be dried quickly at a lower temperature. At the same time, the microcomputer intelligent temperature control system precisely controls the heating temperature to ensure the stability and efficiency of the drying process.
Steps
1. Put the items to be dried on the shelf in the studio.
2. Close the door and adjust the tightness of the closure to ensure good sealing.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature parameters.
4. Start the vacuum pump and pump the Vacuum Level in the working room to ≤ 133Pa.
5. Start the heating function and start the drying process.
6. After drying is completed, turn off the heating first, then slowly release the vacuum, and finally open the box door to take out the items.
Notice
• Equipment should be used under Ambient Temperature < 5~ 40 ℃, Power supply voltage < 220V > 50Hz.
• Ensure that the door sealing ring is intact and the door is tightly closed to maintain a high Vacuum Level.
• Do not open the door frequently during drying to avoid affecting Vacuum Level and Temperature Stability.
• Before taking out items, be sure to turn off the heating and slowly release the vacuum to prevent danger due to sudden pressure changes or high temperatures.
• Do not exceed the rated Temperature range of the device (50~ 250 ℃).
• Regularly clean and maintain equipment to ensure stable performance.
