Principle
The Vacuum oven extracts the air in the working room through the vacuum system, reduces the air pressure, thereby reducing the boiling point of the water, so that the material can be dried quickly at a lower temperature. At the same time, the microcomputer intelligent temperature control system precisely controls the heating temperature to ensure the Stability and uniformity of the drying process.

Steps
1. Put the items to be dried on the shelf in the studio.
2. Close the door and adjust the tightness of the closure to ensure good sealing.
3. Turn on the power supply (~ 220V 50Hz) and set the required temperature parameters (Temperature range RT + 50~ 250 ℃).
4. Start the device, and the microcomputer intelligent temperature control system starts to work.
5. According to the process requirements, the vacuum system (Vacuum Level ≤ 133Pa) can be started for vacuum drying.
6. After drying is completed, turn off the heating and vacuum system. After the temperature in the box drops to a safe range, open the box door and take out the items.
Notice
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be within the range of 5~ 40 ℃.
• Power supply voltage is~ 220V 50Hz and check if the ground is good.
• Check whether the sealing ring of the box door is in good condition before operation to ensure the Vacuum Level.
• Do not open the door frequently during drying to avoid affecting Vacuum Level and Temperature Stability.
