Overview
JINGQI DZF-6210 Vacuum oven is a cuboid studio design and stainless steel liner drying equipment. It has a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system, accurate and reliable temperature control, and is equipped with a direct-connected vacuum pump and a vacuum electromagnetic inflatable valve, suitable for all kinds of items that need to be dried in a vacuum environment.

Principle
The Vacuum oven extracts the air in the working room through the built-in vacuum pump, reduces the internal air pressure (Vacuum Level up to ≤ 133Pa), thereby reducing the boiling point of the liquid, so that the water or solvent in the item evaporates quickly at a lower temperature and is discharged. At the same time, the microcomputer intelligent temperature control system precisely controls the heating temperature to achieve an efficient and uniform drying process.

Steps
1. Put the items to be dried on the shelf in the studio.
2. Close the box door and adjust the closing tightness to ensure sealing.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature parameters through the microcomputer intelligent digital display panel.
4. Start the vacuum pump and pump the studio to the required Vacuum Level (≤ 133Pa).
5. Start the heating function and start the drying process.
6. After drying, turn off the heating first, and then slowly fill the box with air through the vacuum electromagnetic inflation valve to restore normal pressure.
7. After the temperature in the box drops to a safe range, open the box door and take out the items.
Notice
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be between + 5 ° C and + 40 ° C.
• The power requirements are~ 220V 50Hz, and the power consumption is ≥ 2160W. Please ensure that the power supply matches.
• The maximum Temperature range of the studio is 250 ℃, please do not use it over temperature.
• Before returning to normal pressure, be sure to turn off the heating and inflate slowly to prevent airflow Impact from damaging the sample or equipment.
