HZAOC SC-500 Dust test chamber is mainly used for dust-proof testing of parts and components of electrical, electronic, automotive, Motorcycle and Miscellaneous products. The equipment is manufactured in strict accordance with the national technical specification of environmental testing equipment JINGGONG, which effectively simulates the adaptability test of sand and dust climate environment to products.
Features
1. The dust blowing system adopts a large-diameter stainless steel centrifugal wind wheel plus a dust stirring and drying mechanism to effectively absorb dust.
2. The vibration system uses a miniature eccentric motor, making dust shaking more effective.
3. The bottom of the box funnel is equipped with a dust cleaning and discharge port, which is convenient for dust cleaning and replacement.

7. The equipment is equipped with a dust drying heating device, which can dry humid dust during the test to ensure the accuracy of the dust concentration and test data in the test chamber.
8. Equipped with power component anti-overload protection, equipment phase loss and phase sequence protection, the controller has an alarm screen prompt when the protection is operated.
Principle
The equipment sucks in dust through a large-diameter stainless steel centrifugal wind wheel, and cooperates with a dust stirring and drying mechanism to form a dust environment in the box that meets the test requirements. At the same time, the micro eccentric motor generates vibration to make the dust distribution more uniform. The controller (Xinjie PLC all-in-one machine) precisely controls the entire test process, including dust drying heating, etc., to simulate the adaptability of the product in the dust climate.

Steps
1. Perform man-machine dialogue operations in the order indicated on the controller display.
2. During the test, if the dust is found to be humid, you can open the heating button in the control screen to start the dust drying device.
3. Turn off the heating button after drying the dust.
4. After the test, the dust can be cleaned through the discharge port at the bottom of the box.
Notice
• The test dust is a drying tale powder that can pass through a square hole sieve with a sieve of 75 µm and a wire diameter of 50 µm.
• Vacuum system (including Air Filter, Vacuum Pressure Gauge, Flow rate meter, connecting pipe) is optional, and the vacuum pump needs to be equipped by the customer when ordering.
• Please pay attention to the alarm screen prompt on the controller during operation. In case of power component anti-overload, equipment phase loss or phase sequence protection action, please deal with it in time.
• The dust drying process will not affect the test process, but the heating button should be turned off in time after drying.
