Principle
The device uses a large-diameter stainless steel centrifugal wind wheel and a dust mixing mechanism to effectively inhale and blow the test dust (drying tale powder) to the test sample area. At the same time, the micro-eccentric motor generates vibration to keep the dust suspended and simulate the real sand and dust environment. The device has a built-in dust drying heating device, which can dry wet dust when needed to ensure that the dust concentration during the test meets the standard requirements.

Steps
1. Perform man-machine dialogue operations according to the order indicated on the display screen.
2. During the test, if the dust is found to be humid, the heating button can be opened on the control screen to start the dust heating device to dry the dust.
3. Turn off the heating button after drying the dust.
Notice
* The test dust is a drying tale powder that can pass through a square hole sieve with a sieve hole of 75 µm and a wire diameter of 50 µm.
* Vacuum system is optional, please specify when ordering.
The vacuum pump needs to be equipped by the customer.
Please pay attention to the alarm screen prompt on the controller when operating.
* The drying process will not affect the test process.
