Overview
HZAOC SC-015 Dust test chamber is a test equipment used to simulate the sand and dust climate environment. It mainly conducts dust-proof tests on parts of electrical, electronic, automotive, Motorcycle and Miscellaneous products. The equipment is manufactured in strict accordance with the national technical specification of environmental test equipment JINGGONG, which effectively simulates the adaptability test of the sand and dust climate environment to the product.
Features
1. Adopt large-diameter stainless steel centrifugal wind wheel plus dust stirring and drying mechanism to effectively absorb dust.
2. Using a micro-eccentric motor for vibration makes dust shaking more effective.
3. The bottom of the box funnel is equipped with a dust cleaning discharge port, which is convenient for dust cleaning and replacement.
4. Equipped with a bright and clear large observation window and equipped with lighting, it is convenient to observe the dust concentration and dust volume in the box.
5. Matte black three-dimensional control panel, man-machine interface and control switch layout eye-catching, easy to operate.
6. Using a new generation of Xinjie PLC integrated machine (touch key human-machine interface + PLC) as the controller, the system is stable and reliable, and the operation is intuitive.
7. The equipment is equipped with a dust drying heating device, which can dry humid dust during the test to ensure the correctness of the test data.
8. Equipped with power component anti-overload protection, equipment phase loss and phase sequence protection, the controller has an alarm screen prompt when the protection action is taken.
Principle
The equipment sucks in dust through a large-diameter stainless steel centrifugal wind wheel, and cooperates with a dust mixing mechanism to form a uniform dust environment in the box. At the same time, the micro-eccentric motor generates vibration to keep the dust suspended and simulate the real dust conditions. The equipment is also equipped with a dust drying heating device, which can dry the test dust when needed to ensure that the dust concentration meets the requirements during the test.

Steps
1. Prepare specimens and drying tale powder that can pass through a square well sieve with a sieve of 75 µm and a wire diameter of 50 µm.
2. Place the sample in a test chamber with a liner size of 1000 * 1500 * 1000mm.
3. Through the Touchscreen man-machine interface of Xinjie PLC all-in-one machine, set the test parameters and start the test in the order indicated by the display screen.
4. During the test, the condition in the box can be monitored through the observation window. If the dust is found to be humid, the dust drying heating device can be started on the control screen.
5. After the test, clean the dust through the discharge port at the bottom of the box.
Notice
• Test dust should use drying tale powder that meets specifications.
Safety protection function (such as overload, phase loss protection), when the controller alarm needs to be checked in time.
• Dust drying heating function can be turned on during the test, and should be turned off in time after drying.
• If a vacuum system is required (for IP5X/IP6X test), please specify when ordering that the vacuum pump needs to be provided by the customer.
• Regularly clean and replace dust through the bottom discharge port to keep the equipment clean.
