Overview
The DNP-9082E thermostatic incubator is a thermostatic device with a thin steel box and a stainless steel studio. It has a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system with a Temperature range of + 5 to 65 ° C and a Temperature Fluctuation of +/- 0.5 ° C. It is suitable for fostering and experimenting in a constant temperature environment.
Features
1. The box is made of high-quality thin steel plate.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller with dual digital display and PID self-tuning function for setting and measuring temperature.
3. The studio material is made of good stainless steel plate.
4. Using external heating type, forced convection ventilation type structure, Temperature uniformity is good.
5. Double door structure inside and outside, with small temperature fluctuation. The outer door adopts a fully transparent observation window type, and the internal items are clear at a glance.
Principle
The incubator uses an external Heating mode to generate heat through the heating element. The built-in forced convection ventilation system distributes the heat evenly inside the studio. The microcomputer intelligent temperature controller monitors and adjusts the temperature in real time, and uses the PID self-tuning algorithm to ensure that the studio temperature is stable at the set value, achieving accurate thermostatic control.
Applications
Biological fostering, microbial experiments, cell fostering, thermostatic preservation of samples, agricultural research
Steps
1. Place the equipment in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
2. Connect the 220V 50Hz power supply.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature through the microcomputer thermostat.
4. After the temperature in the box reaches the set value and stabilizes, put in the items to be fostered or experimented.
5. After use, turn off the power and remove the item.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is well grounded and use a power supply that meets the requirements.
• Do not place flammable, explosive or corrosion items in the box.
• When the equipment is running, do not open and close the box door frequently, so as not to affect the temperature Stability.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
Do not disassemble or modify the internal structure of the equipment yourself.
