Overview
The JINGQI CHP-160 Water-jacketed Co2 incubator is a microcomputer-controlled laboratory device designed for cell fostering. The product features a Water-jacketed heating system to ensure a stable and energy-efficient temperature, and the liner is made of stainless steel argon arc welding for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Features
1. Computer control: high accuracy of modular control;
2. Alarm device: with Co2, sound and light alarm device;
3. filtrating device: with Co2, gas double filtrating device;
4. Water-jacketed: effective thermal insulation compartment, stable temperature control, power saving;
5. Door heating device: Glass door can be prevented from condensation and pollution, easy to observe;
6. The incubator water jacket is made of stainless steel argon arc welding, which is durable, and the four corners of the liner are semi-circular arcs, which is easy to clean.
Principle
The Co2 incubator uses a microcomputer module to control temperature and CO2 concentration, and uses a Water-jacketed heating system to achieve uniform temperature distribution. CO2 control ensures a stable foster environment through dual filtrating units and natural evaporation humidification.
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Set the required temperature and CO2 concentration, Temperature range is room temperature + 5-60 ℃, CO2 range is 0-20%;
3. Start the equipment, monitor the temperature and CO2 concentration display;
4. Use shelves to place foster objects;
5. Regularly check the alarm device and filtrate system.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained between + 5-35 ℃;
• Power frequency 220V 50Hz to avoid overload;
• Regularly clean the liner to prevent contamination;
• Pay attention to CO2 alarm settings and deal with abnormalities in a timely manner.
• Use natural evaporative humidification to avoid excessive humidification;
When the equipment is running, do not open and close the door frequently to maintain a stable environment.
