Overview
The JINGQI CHP-80 gas nested Co2 incubator is a device specifically designed for cell fostering, controlled by a microcomputer module to provide precise temperature and CO2 concentration regulation for use in laboratory environments.
Features
1. Computer control: high accuracy of modular control;
2. Alarm device: with CO2, sound and light alarm device;
3. filtrating device: with CO2, gas dual filtrating device;
4. Water-jacketed: effective thermal insulation compartment, stable temperature control, power saving;
5. Door heating device: Glass door can be prevented from condensation and pollution, easy to observe;
6. The incubator water jacket is made of stainless steel argon arc welding, which is durable, and the four corners of the liner are semi-circular arcs, which is easy to clean.
Principle
The incubator controls the temperature and CO2 concentration through a microcomputer module, uses Water-jacketed heating to achieve stable heat preservation, evaporates and humidifies naturally, and is equipped with an filtrate and alarm system to ensure a constant internal environment.
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Set the required temperature (room temperature + 5-60 ° C) and CO2 concentration (0-20%);
3. Start the device and monitor the digital display parameters.
4. Use the shelf to place the sample;
5. Regularly check the alarm device and filtrate system.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at + 5-35 ℃;
• Avoid use in humid or extreme environments;
• Regularly clean the liner to prevent contamination;
• Note that the CO2 recovery time does not exceed the set concentration value × 1.2 minutes;
• Check if the Power frequency matches before use.
