SX2 - 2.5-10 N integrated box type resistance furnace is a periodic heater with an integrated program temperature control design. Principle
The resistance furnace is heated by high temperature resistance wire, and the K-indexed nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple is used for temperature measurement. The control system realizes precise temperature control through PID adjustment. The Thermocouple enters the temperature measurement from the top of the furnace body. The heating wire terminal is located below the back of the furnace body. The controller is located below the furnace body. The built-in control system is connected to the furnace body through compensation wires to realize automatic control of heating and thermostatic.

Steps
1. Power frequency 220V, 50Hz
2. Set program parameters through the controller
3. Set temperature range 100~ 1000 ℃
4. Set the heating rate not to exceed 10 ° C/min
5. Set Timer Range 0~ 9999min
6. Start the equipment to start the heating process
7. Monitor Temperature Fluctuation +/- 2 ℃
8. Turn off the equipment after completing the job

• The input power of the device is 2.5KW, make sure the power supply matches
• Maximum operating temperature is 1000 ° C and must not exceed this limit
The heating rate should be controlled within the range of 10 ° C/min
• Check whether the over-temperature protection device is normal before use
• Note that the weight of the furnace body is about 60KG, and it needs to be placed firmly during installation
• Regularly check the connection status of Thermocouple and terminals
• Avoid use in humid or corrosive gas environments
