Overview
SX2-12-10N integrated box type resistance furnace (muffle furnace) is a periodic working heater manufactured with domestic professional technology. This product can be used in coal, electric power, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, scientific research and other units as well as Universities & colleges laboratories for sintering, heating and heat treatment operations. It is especially suitable for coal quality analysis tests. It is widely used in coal ash and volatile matter determination, coal ash composition analysis, ash melting point and ash viscosity sample preparation and other burning operations.

Principle
The resistance furnace is heated by a spiral heating element made of iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy wire wound through the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left and right of the inner furnace lining, and adopts the upper, lower, left and right 4-sided heating mode. The control system performs temperature measurement through K-indexed nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple, uses PID adjustment to achieve accurate temperature control, and automatically controls the heating thermostatic process through complete sets of electrical components such as brand contactors, cooling fans and solid-state relays.
