Overview
SH-200K Digital Display Pull-Pull Force Gauge is a small multi-functional High Accuracy Push-pull load test instrument produced by SUNDOO. It is suitable for push-pull load test, plug-in force test and failure test of various products. It has the characteristics of high digital Display resolution and convenient use. It is a new generation of effective high Accuracy push-pull force test instrument.

2. The peak holding time can be freely set within 1 to 10 seconds.
3. Can freely set the upper and lower limit deviation value, and has red and green indicator lights and buzzer automatic sound and light alarm function.

The shutdown time can be set freely within 1 to 60 minutes.

Principle
The Force Gauge uses a hub-and-spoke Sensor external structure, which senses the applied push-pull force load through the Sensor and converts it into an electrical signal. The signal is processed by an internal circuit and finally displayed on the digital display screen in high-resolution numerical form. Data storage, alarm and unit conversion can be performed according to the settings.

Steps
Charge the device (Charger input: AC 200V 50Hz, output: DC 12V 300mA, Charging time about 4 hours).
2. Turn it on and set the peak holding time, upper and lower limit alarm values, units and automatic shutdown time as needed.
3. Carry out push-pull load, insertion force or failure tests.
4. View the real-time force value, peak or recall memory test data and average value displayed on the screen.
5. The test data can be viewed by real-time Linear dispersion or subsequent analysis and processing through software connection to the computer.
6. After use, you can set the automatic shutdown to save power.
Notice
• Measurement range is 10%~ 100% FS, do not use outside the range.
• Please use the matching charger (output: DC 12V 300mA) to charge the built-in 8.4V nickel-metal hydride battery pack.
• The battery can be used for about 40 hours after being fully charged, and the standby time is about 3 months when not in use for a long time. Please pay attention to charging in time.
• Device weight is 6.2Kg, please pay attention to safety when moving and operating.
• Please keep it safe to avoid severe impact on the Sensor.
• Data analysis, please use the official supporting test software.
