Overview
SH-500K Digital Display Push-pull Force Gauge is a small multi-functional High Accuracy Push-pull load test instrument produced by SUNDOO, which is suitable for push-pull load test, insertion force test and failure test of various products. The instrument adopts digital display, high resolution and easy to use. It is a new generation of effective High Accuracy Push-pull force test instrument.

Principle
The Force Gauge senses the applied push-pull force through the external spoke Sensor, converts the force signal into an electrical signal, and displays the force value in real time on the digital display screen after being processed by the internal circuit. Users can set functions such as peak hold, upper and lower limit alarms, and perform data collection and analysis through software.

Steps
1. Charge the instrument for about 4 hours.
2. Turn it on and set parameters such as peak holding time, upper and lower limit alarm values, and shutdown time as needed.
3. Select the desired Measurement unit (N, kgf, lbf).
4. Perform a push-pull load test, and the instrument will display the force value in real time.
5. During the test, the memory function can be used to store data, or the force value Linear dispersion can be viewed in real time through the software.
6. After the test, the stored data can be imported into the computer for further analysis.

* Measurement range is 10% to 100% of full scale (FS).
Please ensure that the battery is fully charged before use, and the battery pack voltage is 8.4V (composed of 7 1.2V nickel-metal hydride batteries).
* Charger input is AC 200V 50Hz, output is DC 12V 300mA.
* Battery fully charged use time of about 40 hours, standby time of about 3 months, Battery life ≥ 300 charge cycles.
* The instrument weight is 14.2Kg, please pay attention to safety when moving and operating.
* Do not use more than 500KN Measurement range to avoid damage to the Sensor.
