Overview
RONGJIDA GLM-200 steel wheel Wear resistance Tester adopts cycloidal pinwheel gear reducer, which has a large reduction ratio, stable transmission, and adjustable abrasive Flow rate, which can effectively save abrasive. The machine realizes a constant Rotation speed of 75rpm of the steel wheel through gear transmission, which is controlled by a time relay and automatically stops after reaching a predetermined time. Its design is reasonable, the structure is simple and the operation is convenient, and it is mainly used for the wear resistance test of cement bricks.

Principle
Rotation speed of the motor is reduced to 75rpm required by the steel wheel through the gear transmission system. The test process is controlled by the time relay. When the motor reaches the preset test time (that is, the required number of revolutions), it will automatically stop running to complete the wear resistance test.

Notice
When turning on the power supply, pay attention to the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, and ensure that the steel wheel swirls/spins in the direction indicated by the arrow.
• The testing machine must be reliably grounded at the grounding mark (wire diameter is not less than 1.5mm).
After each test, the testing machine should be cleaned, especially the sand on the fixture and its guide rails.
• Every year, the side cover of the gearbox should be removed and an appropriate amount of lithium-based grease should be added to the gear.
• Environmental requirements: room temperature, no corrosion medium around, strong ground level.
• The power supply is 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range does not exceed 10% of the Rated voltage.
