Overview
The paint film abrasion instrument is suitable for testing the paint film resistance performance and wood finish wear resistance performance, in line with GB/T15036.2, GB/T15102, GB/T18102, GB/T4893.8, ISO7784.2 standards. Users can choose the turntable assembly and abrasion wheel of "paint film configuration", "wood configuration" or "dual-use configuration" according to the test requirements. Rotation speed of the turntable can be specially set in the range of 50-100r.P.m.
Features
1. Adopt a good abrasion process to generate slippage through the relative movement and offset of the abrasion wheel and the turntable, and perform full-angle abrasion on the surface of the sample.
2. It is an accelerated Abrasion testing instrument with good current functions, and different test functions can be realized by changing Accessories.
3. At the same point, the repeability test can be carried out until the material is damaged.
4. Choose different abrasion wheels and Accessories to simulate different real abrasion situations.
5. Strict quality control guarantees reliable results, including carefully selected high-mass abrasion wheels, precise pressure control in grams, stable abrasion wheels, and electronic measurement revolutions and vacuum dust removal.
Principle
The paint film abrasion instrument is arranged on the turntable through two abrasion abrasive wheels. When the turntable swirl/spin, the left abrasive wheels are rubbed from the outside to the inside, and the right abrasive wheels are rubbed from the inside to the outside. After the turntable swirl/spin for one week, two ring abrasion marks that overlap each other and intersect in an X shape are formed on the surface of the sample plate, so that the surface of the sample plate is rubbed in all directions, overcoming the disadvantage of one-way reciprocating motion.
Applications
Lacquer film performance test, wood veneer wear performance test
Standards
GB/T15036.2、GB/T15102、GB/T18102、GB/T4893.8、ISO7784.2
Steps
1. Install the appropriate turntable assembly and abrasion wheel according to the test requirements (paint film or wood).
2. Place the sample material to be tested on the turntable.
3. Adjust the abrasion wheel so that it presses on the material sample at a specific pressure.
4. Start the instrument, the turntable drives the sample swirl/spin, and the abrasion wheel rotates accordingly and produces relative abrasion and slip motion.
5. The electronic counter records the number of turns of the turntable, and the vacuum cleaner removes wear debris.
6. Test until the surface material of the sample is worn off or reaches a predetermined number of revolutions.
Notice
• After the test, the power should be cut off, the instrument should be cleaned, and the instrument should be covered.
• When not in use for a long time, remove the abrasive wheels and put them away.
• It needs to be overhauled and refueled once a year to two years.
