Overview
HZS series digital display tension meter is a new generation of universal and convenient low-power tension test instrument, which has the characteristics of small size, light weight, easy to carry, multi-function and High Accuracy. It is suitable for relay contact pressure, electronic switch, micro automatic telephone equipment contact and armature pressure and other mechanical pressure, tape recorder buffer device pressure and other contact point pressure and tension test.
Features
1. Gravity acceleration value can be set
2. The upper and lower limit alarm values can be set, and the sound alarm
3. point array LCD, white backlight
4. Test value direction display
5. The operation interface Chinese and English display can be selected
6. Store 100 sets of test data and automatically calculate the average, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum of the stored data
7. Peak hold; automatic peak release function (0-99 seconds)
8. Automatic shutdown without operation (time setting 0-99 minutes)
9. USB communication: Computer display Linear dispersion of force value, various display methods of force value table and process the data
Principle
The digital tension meter detects the tension or pressure of the measured object through a precision Sensor, converts the mechanical force into an electrical signal, and displays it digitally on the LCD screen after being processed by the internal processor. It also has data storage, alarm and communication functions.
Applications
Relay contact pressure, electronic switch, micro automatic telephone equipment contact and armature pressure and other mechanical pressure, tape recorder buffer device pressure and other contact point pressure and tension test
Steps
1. Power on and select the operating language
2. Set the gravitational acceleration value
3. Set the upper and lower limit alarm values
4. Select the unit of force value (newton, kilogram, pound)
5. Tension or stress testing
6. Review test data and statistical results
7. Connect the computer via USB for data transmission and analysis
Notice
• Avoid use in vibrating and corrosive media environments
• Regularly check the battery power to ensure normal power supply
• Confirm the measurement range before use to avoid over-range use
• Keep the instrument clean to avoid severe collisions
Be aware of capacity limitations when storing test data
