Overview
HBO HNT-0.2 Torsion Spring Tester is a vertical manual spring Torsion Tester, suitable for torsion angle and torsion torque testing of torsion springs, cochlear springs, resilience elements and friction mechanisms. The corresponding accessories can be added to perform torsion tests on parts and components. It is an ideal testing equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, scientific research institutes, Universities & colleges, Quality control units and other departments.

Principle
The machine applies torsional torque to resilience elements such as torsion spring and coiled spring by manual loading, and measures their torsional angle and torsional moment. During the test process, the stiffness, segmented stiffness and overall stiffness can be displayed in real time, and the deviation analysis is carried out according to the preset test points.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V 50HZ)
2. Power on and select the test item
3. Set test points and allowable torque values
4. Install the specimen (slewing diameter φ 100mm, height 80mm)
5. Manual loading for testing

8. Export data or print results
