HBO HNT-1 Torsion Spring Tester is a vertical manual spring Torsion Tester, which is suitable for torsion angle and torsion torque testing of torsion springs, cochlear springs, resilience elements and friction mechanisms, and can add accessories for torsion test of parts and components. This machine refers to JB/T 9370-1999, JJG 269-2006 and other standards, supports national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards, and is suitable for testing needs of industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, scientific research institutes, Universities & colleges, Quality control units and other departments.

Principle
This testing machine adopts manual loading mode, through the measurement of torsion angle and torsion torque of resilience elements such as torsion spring and coiled spring, combined with High Accuracy Sensor and control system, real-time display and record test data. During the test process, the device automatically calculates stiffness, deviation and other parameters, and derives the data through the USB interface to realize accurate torsion performance analysis.

Steps
1. Prepare the test sample to ensure that it meets the requirements of the rotation diameter of the specimen φ 100mm and the height of 80mm (special requirements can be customized)
2. Turn on the power supply of the device and connect the AC 220V 50HZ power supply.
3. Set up test projects or load saved projects through Touchscreen
4. Customize test points and allowable torque values (up to 5 points)
5. Select units (N.mm, gf.cm, ozf.in or N.m, kgf.cm, lbf.in)
6. Manually load for twist test and observe real-time data display
7. Save the data after the test is completed, and export the excel file via USB
8. View historical data for statistical analysis and printouts
Notice
* Check whether the Power frequency is AC 220V 50HZ before use to avoid damage to the equipment due to voltage mismatch
* Make sure that the size of the specimen is within the range of rotation diameter φ 100mm and height 80mm, and special needs need to be customized in advance
* Manual loading requires smooth operation to prevent overload from affecting test accuracy
* Pay attention to observe real-time data during the test to avoid exceeding the range 1000N.mm
When saving and exporting data, ensure a stable USB connection to prevent data loss
Periodically calibrate equipment to within +/- 1% accuracy
* Operating environment should be drying, no strong electromagnetic interference to ensure high stability
* Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the equipment settings, so as not to affect the performance
