Overview
HBO HNT-5 Torsion Spring Tester is a vertical manual spring Torsion Tester, which is suitable for torsion angle and torsion torque testing of torsion springs, cochlear springs, resilience elements and friction mechanisms, and can add accessories for torsion test of parts and components. The equipment refers to JB/T 9370-1999, JJG 269-2006 and other standards, supports national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards, and is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, scientific research institutes, Universities & colleges, Quality control units and other departments.

Principle
The testing machine applies torsional torque to torsion springs and resilience components by manual loading, measures their torsional angle and torsional torque, collects data in real time using High Accuracy Sensor and control system, and displays test results and stiffness parameters through Touchscreen.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device;
2. Set up test projects or load saved projects through Touchscreen;
3. Customize test points and allowable torque values;
4. Install the specimen to the position with a rotation diameter of φ 100mm and a height of 80mm;
5. Manual loading for torsion test;
6. Real-time observation of test data and stiffness display.
7. Save the test data and export the excel file via USB.
8. Review historical data and print the results.
Notice
• Ensure that the power supply is AC 220V 50HZ to avoid voltage instability;
• The standard height of the specimen is 80mm, and special requirements need to be customized;
• When manually loading, uniform force is required to prevent overload;
• Calibrate equipment before testing to ensure accuracy within +/- 1%;
• Maintain Touchscreen and Sensor regularly to maintain high stability;
Make sure the USB connection is stable when exporting data to avoid data loss.
• Operating environment should be drying, no strong electromagnetic interference.
