Overview
HBO HTT-10 Torsion Spring Tester is a vertical manual spring Torsion Tester, suitable for torsion angle and torsion torque testing of torsion springs, cochlear springs, resilience elements and friction mechanisms. The corresponding accessories can be added to perform torsion tests on parts and components, referring to JB/T 9370-1999, JJG 269-2006 standards, and can be tested and data provided according to national standards and ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international standards.
Features
1. High Accuracy, High resolution, High stability
2. Large 7-inch touch LCD screen, human-machine interaction interface is simple and easy to use
3. Test direction display (clockwise -, counterclockwise +)
4. Three units (N.mm, gf.cm, ozf.in)/(N.m, kgf.cm, lbf.in) are automatically exchanged
5. 5 test points can be customized, and the allowable torque value of the corresponding point can be set. The test interface displays the deviation of the torque value of the test point in real time
6. You can customize 10 different test items, set different test points respectively, and load the test directly after saving
7. The test interface can display real-time stiffness, segmented stiffness, and overall stiffness
8. View the saved 10 sets of test data, automatically calculate stiffness, error deviation, statistical pass rate, stiffness, torque value MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, average value, and support printing
9. Gravity acceleration value can be set
10. USB online communication, can save test projects, real-time data, export excel files, convenient for later data processing
Principle
This machine applies torsional torque to torsion springs, cochlear springs and other specimens by manual loading to measure their torsional angle and torsional moment. High Accuracy Sensor and control system are used to collect data in real time and display parameters such as stiffness and torque value, and support automatic conversion and data export of various units.
Applications
Torsion spring, coiled spring, resilience element, friction mechanism, parts and components
Standards
JB/T 9370-1999, JJG 269-2006, national standards, ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V 50HZ)
2. Boot and enter the test interface
3. Customize test points or load existing test items
4. Set the allowable torque value and test parameters
5. Manually load the specimen for torsion testing
6. Real-time observation of torque values, stiffness, and other data
7. Save the test data and export the excel file
8. View statistical results and print reports
Notice
• Power frequency is 220V 50HZ to avoid voltage instability affecting test accuracy
• The height standard of the specimen is 80mm, and special requirements need to be customized to ensure that the size of the specimen meets the specifications
• Before the test, check that the rotation diameter of the specimen does not exceed φ 100mm to prevent overload damage to the equipment
• Smooth operation is required when manually loading to avoid data errors caused by sudden force
Periodically calibrate equipment to maintain accuracy within +/- 1%
• Confirm that the USB connection is normal before data export to prevent data loss
After saving the test project, it can be loaded directly without repeability settings to improve efficiency
