Overview
HNS-500 torque spanne verification instrument is a professional instrument produced by HBO for all kinds of torque spanne verification (calibrate). The instrument conforms to JJG 797-2013 torque spanne verification instrument verification procedure and JJG707-2014 torque spanne verification procedure standard test method. It adopts electronic Sensor technology and has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity and reliable data.

Principle
The instrument adopts electronic Sensor technology, connects the square head of the Sensor and the torque wrench through the connecting shaft, applies torque through the torque loading hand wheel, and connects the shaft counterclockwise swirl/spin when swirl/spin hand wheel clockwise to realize the verification of the torque wrench. The instrument collects torque data through the Sensor and displays the test results in real time on the display screen.

Steps
1. Press the power switch to turn on the power, the indicator light is on, and the test system starts-up
2. Adjust the handle height of the torque wrench through the horizontal column to make it level on the verification instrument
3. Use the arm adjustment wheel to adjust the length of the loading arm of the torque wrench
4. Set test parameters and checkpoints by touching the LCD screen
5. swirl/spin torque loading hand wheel applied torque test
6. View the test data through the display screen, and optionally print the test results
7. After the test is completed, press the power switch again to turn off the system

• The working environment should be free of seismic sources and electromagnetic interference
• Make sure the equipment is placed horizontally before use
• Power frequency AC 220V 50HZ
• Torque loading hand wheel clockwise swirl/spin when connecting shaft counterclockwise swirl/spin
• Limit block can be locked by plum screw
• Arm adjustment hand wheel right clockwise swirl/spin when the guide block moves to the right, the length of the arm increases
• The gravitational acceleration value should be set correctly before the test
