Overview
HN series digital torque tester is a general-purpose torsional torque measuring instrument, which is mainly used to detect the tightness of the workpiece and the torsional performance of some components. It is also used for the measurement and correction of various electric batches, torque batches, and torque wrench torque and torque setting conditions. The instrument adopts electronic Sensor technology, which has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity, and reliable data. It is widely used in various mass detection, physical experiments, engineering tests and other fields.

Principle
The instrument uses electronic Sensor technology for torsional torque measurement, detects torque signals through Sensor, and displays them on the LCD screen after processing, and can store, analyze and export data through the host computer software.

Steps
1. Connect the instrument to a power supply or charger
2. Turn on the instrument power switch
3. Set test mode, unit, upper and lower limits and other parameters as needed
4. Perform torque test operation
5. View real-time or peak data
6. Store test data
7. Connect PC software for data analytics, export and report generation

• operation temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, storage temperature is -20 ℃ -70 ℃
