Overview
HN series digital torque tester is a general-purpose torsional torque measuring instrument, which is mainly used to detect the tightness of the workpiece and the torsional performance of some components. It is also used for the measurement and correction of various electric batches, torque batches, and torque wrench torque and torque setting conditions. The instrument adopts electronic Sensor technology, which has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity, and reliable data. It is equipped with a special host computer operating software to connect to a computer for data storage, analysis, export, query and printing.

Principle
The instrument uses electronic Sensor technology for torsional torque measurement, detects torque through Sensor and converts it into electrical signal, and displays real-time or peak data on the display after processing. With the upper computer software, data storage, analysis and report generation can be realized.

Steps
1. Connect the instrument to a power supply or charger
2. Turn on the instrument power
3. Select test mode (real-time torque tracking mode, peak hold mode, first peak mode)
4. Set units (N.m, kgf.cm, lbf.in)
5. Set the upper and lower limit comparison value, peak holding time, gravitational acceleration value or automatic shutdown time (optional)
6. Perform torque test and observe display data
7. Use the host computer software to connect to the computer for data storage, analysis, export, and report generation (optional)
8. Turn off the power after the test is completed
Notice
- The working environment should be free of vibration and corrosive media
- operation temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, storage temperature is -20 ℃ -70 ℃
- relative humidity should be maintained at 15% -80%
- Make sure the battery is fully charged before use, and use smart charging to extend battery life
- Avoid using the instrument outside the range
