Overview
HN-E series digital high-speed torque tester is an intelligent multi-functional Measurement instrument specially designed to detect the torque of high-speed and force-twisting equipment. It is mainly used to detect the tightness of the workpiece and the anti-torsional performance of the component. It can also measure and correct the torque and torque setting of various electric batches, wind batches, torque batches, and torque wrench. It has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity, and reliable data.

Principle
The instrument uses electronic Sensor technology to detect torque signals in real time through High Accuracy Sensor, and combines high-speed sampling and processing systems to achieve accurate measurement and data management of torque values.

Steps
1. Connect the device and turn on the power supply.
2. Select the test mode and unit
3. Set the upper and lower limit comparison value and peak holding time
4. Perform torque test operation
5. View real-time or peak data
6. Store test data and automatically calculate statistical values
7. Connect PC software for data analytics, export and report generation

• The working environment should be free of vibration and corrosive media
• operation temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, storage temperature is -20 ℃ -70 ℃
• relative humidity should be kept at 15% -80%
• Charge with a special charger, input AC 220V/50HZ, output DC 5V/1A
• Avoid using the instrument beyond the range
