Overview
HN-10E digital high-speed torque tester is an intelligent multi-functional Measurement instrument designed by HBO for detecting the torque of high-speed and impact torsion equipment. It is mainly used to detect the tightness of the workpiece, the anti-torsional performance of the component, and the measurement and correction of various electric batches, wind batches, torque batches, and torque wrench torque and torque setting conditions. It has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity, and reliable data.

Principle
The instrument uses electronic Sensor technology, real-time detection of torque signals through High Accuracy Sensor, combined with intelligent processing system for data collection, analysis and display, to achieve accurate measurement of torque and multi-functional mode operation.

Steps
1. Connect devices and ensure the working environment meets requirements
2. Set test mode, unit, upper and lower limits and other parameters as needed
3. Perform torque test operation
4. View real-time data or peaks through the monitor or host computer software
5. Store test data and automatically calculate statistical values
6. Use PC software for data analytics, export and report generation
