Overview
HN-500E digital high-speed torque tester is an intelligent multi-functional Measurement instrument designed by HBO for detecting the torque of high-speed and Impact torsion equipment. It is mainly used to detect the tightness of the workpiece and the torsional performance of the component, as well as the measurement and correction of the torque and torque setting of various electric batches, wind batches, torque batches, and torque wrench. It has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity, and reliable data.

Principle
The instrument adopts electronic Sensor technology, which detects torque signal in real time through High Accuracy Sensor, converts it into digital signal for processing and display. It is equipped with special host computer operating software to connect to the computer to realize functions such as data storage, analysis, export, query and printing.

Steps
1. Connect the instrument to the computer (optional)
2. Set the test mode (real-time torque tracking mode, peak hold mode or first peak mode)
3. Set units (N.m, kgf.cm, lbf.in)
4. Set the upper and lower limit comparison values (optional)
5. Set peak hold time (optional)
6. Set the gravitational acceleration value (optional)
7. Set the automatic shutdown time (optional)
8. Start the test and read the data
9. Store test data (up to 99 sets)
10. Data analytics, export and report generation via PC software (optional)
