Overview
HN-1BP bottle cap torque tester is an intelligent multi-function Measurement instrument specially designed and manufactured by HBO brand for testing and detecting various bottle cap opening and closing torque. The instrument is convenient and fast to clamp, the maximum clamping diameter can reach 200mm, and it has a USB serial port output, which can send data to the computer for analysis, printing and other related processing.

Principle
The instrument detects the opening and closing torque of various bottle caps, lamp heads and other products through the built-in Sensor, and realizes intelligent testing and data collection.

Steps
1. Clamp the tested bottle cap or lamp holder
2. Set the upper and lower limit deviation values
3. Conduct opening and closing torque test
4. Output data to the computer through the USB serial port
5. Perform data analytics, printing, etc
