15. Qualification judgment: In addition to automatically obtaining test results, qualified judgment and batch testing pass rate can also be made according to the qualified range of preset standard values
16. Automatic storage: Test data and Linear dispersion are automatically stored in the computer, and the number of storage is unlimited
17. Test data: The data obtained from the test can be queried and exported in excel format
18. Test report: Test report can be prepared in the format required by the user, form a report and print it
Principle
The instrument uses electronic Sensor technology to detect various swirling/spinning dynamic torque, collects torque data in real time through Sensor, and cooperates with the host computer software for data processing and analysis.
Applications
Motors, gear reducers and other swirling/spinning products
Steps
1. Connect the test instrument to the computer
2. Start the host computer operating software
3. Set test parameters (e.g. unit, test mode, peak hold time, etc.)
4. Perform torque test
5. View and analyze test data
6. Export or print the test report
