Overview
HT-10 spring tensile and compression tester is an electronic digital spring tensile and compression tester produced by HBO, which is specially used to test the deformation and load relationship characteristics of tensile and compression springs. The instrument is suitable for working load testing of tensile and compression springs under a certain working length.

Principle
The HT-10 spring tensile and compression tester measures the deformation and load relationship of the spring during stretching or compression through the electronic digital display system. The instrument uses High Accuracy Sensor to collect data, and displays the test results in real time through the LCD screen. It has functions such as peak holding, data storage and automatic calculation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Set the upper and lower limit alarm values
3. Select the test unit (N, kgf, or lbf)
4. Set peak hold time (0-99 seconds)
5. Set the automatic shutdown time (0-99 minutes)
6. Install the spring to be tested
7. Start testing and observe the display data
8. Save the data after the test is completed
9. Data analytics can be connected to the computer via serial port/USB
10. Optionally print test results using a micro printer
Notice
• Make sure the spring size meets the instrument requirements before testing (the maximum free length of the spring can be measured is 70mm)
• Note that the diameter of the pressure plate is 52mm to ensure that the spring matches it
• During the test, pay attention to effective Travel ≤ 115mm
• Maximum space ≤ 265mm during compression test
• Maximum space ≤ 140mm during tensile test
Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure +/- 0.5% accuracy
• Avoid overload use, the maximum measurement value is 10N
• Set automatic shutdown function when not in use for a long time
• Be careful not to exceed the 200-set limit when storing data
Make sure the communication interface is properly configured when connecting to the computer
