Overview
HT-20 spring tensile and compression testing machine is a special testing equipment produced by HBO, which is used to test the deformation and load relationship characteristics of tensile and compression springs. The instrument is suitable for working load testing of tensile and compression springs under a certain working length.

Principle
The HT-20 spring tensile and compression testing machine uses High Accuracy Sensor to collect data by measuring the deformation and load relationship of the spring during the stretching or compression process, and displays the test results in real time through the electronic digital display system, and has data storage and processing functions.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Set test parameters and alarm values
3. Install the spring to be tested
4. Perform tensile or compression tests
5. Observe the display screen to read the test data
6. Automatic data storage and processing
7. Optionally connect to a computer for data analytics
8. Shut down after the test is completed
