Overview
HT-200 spring tensile and compression testing machine is a special electronic digital display spring testing instrument produced by HBO, which is used to test the deformation and load relationship characteristics of tensile and compression springs. It is suitable for working load testing of springs under a certain working length.

Principle
The testing machine measures the deformation and load relationship of the spring during stretching or compression through the electronic digital display system, collects data with High Accuracy Sensor, displays the test results in real time through the LCD screen, and has data storage and processing functions.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Set test parameters (upper and lower limit alarm values, peak hold time, etc.)
3. Install the spring to be tested
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically records the relationship between deformation and load
5. Review test results and statistics
6. You can choose to connect to a computer for further data processing or print the results
7. Shut down after the test is completed
Notice
• Make sure the power connection is correct before use
• Check whether the spring installation is firm before the test
• Do not exceed the maximum measurement value of 200N
• Keep the instrument working environment clean and drying
Periodically calibrate measurement accuracy
• Pay attention to the upper and lower limit alarm settings to avoid equipment overload
• It is recommended to turn off the power when not in use for a long time
