Overview
HT-1000 spring tensile and compression testing machine is an electronic digital spring tensile and compression testing machine under the HBO brand, which is specially used to test the deformation and load relationship characteristics of tensile and compression springs. The instrument is suitable for working load testing of tensile and compression springs under a certain working length.

Principle
The testing machine measures the deformation and load relationship of the spring during stretching or compression through the electronic digital display system, collects data with High Accuracy Sensor, displays the test results in real time through the LCD screen, and has data storage and processing functions.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Set test parameters (such as upper and lower limit alarm values, peak hold time, etc.)
3. Install the spring to be tested
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically records the deformation and load relationship
5. Review test results and statistics
6. Optionally connect to a computer for further data processing or printing
7. Shut down after the test is completed
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is placed on a stable bench before use
• Please check whether the spring installation is correct and firm before testing
• Do not exceed the load range of the maximum measurement value of 1000N
• Pay attention to keep the pressure plate clean to avoid affecting the test accuracy
Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure test accuracy
• Please shut down in time when not in use for a long time
