Overview
HT-3000 spring tensile and compression testing machine is a special testing instrument produced by HBO brand, which is used to test the deformation and load relationship characteristics of tensile and compression springs. It is suitable for testing the working load of springs under a certain working length.
Features
1. With the first peak hold function during the test
2. Equipped with LCD screen, blue backlight
3. High Accuracy High resolution, high sampling speed
4. The upper and lower limit alarm values can be set, sound and light alarm, level signal output
5. Store 200 sets of test data, automatically calculate the average value of the stored data, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum
6. Three units N, kgf, lbf are automatically converted
7. Peak hold, hold time can be set (0~ 99 seconds)
8. Automatic shutdown without operation (time freely set 0-99 minutes)
9. Serial communication (can be configured as USB communication), computer display force value Linear dispersion, force value table and other display methods and process the data
10. Optional installation of micro printers
Principle
The testing machine uses High Accuracy Sensor to collect data by measuring the deformation and load relationship of the spring during stretching or compression, and displays the test results in real time through the electronic digital display system, and has the functions of peak holding, data storage and analysis.
Applications
Tension spring test, compression spring test
Steps
1. Set the upper and lower limit alarm values
2. Select the test unit (N, kgf, or lbf)
3. Set peak hold time
4. Set the automatic shutdown time
5. Conduct spring tensile or compression tests
6. View and store test data
7. Computer connection for data analytics and processing
Notice
• Make sure the free length of the spring does not exceed 150mm before testing
• Note that the diameter of the pressure plate is 108mm.
• Travel no more than 135mm
• The maximum pressure space does not exceed 430mm
• The maximum pull space does not exceed 280mm
• Instrument accuracy is +/- 0.5%, pay attention to accuracy requirements when using
• Regularly calibrate instruments to ensure test accuracy
