Overview
HT-5000 spring tensile and compression testing machine is an electronic digital spring tensile and compression testing machine produced by HBO, which is used to test the deformation and load relationship characteristics of tensile and compression springs. It is suitable for working load testing of tensile and compression springs under a certain working length.

Principle
HT-5000 Spring Tension and Compression Testing Machine measures the deformation and load relationship of the spring during the stretching or compression process through the electronic digital display system, uses High Accuracy Sensor to collect data, and displays the test results in real time through the LCD screen, and has data storage and processing functions.

Steps
1. Set the upper and lower limit alarm values
2. Select the test unit (N, kgf, lbf)
3. Set peak hold time (0 to 99 seconds)
4. Set the automatic shutdown time without operation (0-99 minutes)
5. Conduct spring tensile or compression tests
6. View the test results displayed on the LCD screen
7. Store test data (up to 200 sets)
8. Connect the computer via serial/USB for data processing
Notice
• Ensure that the free length of the spring does not exceed 150mm
• Before testing, confirm that the load does not exceed the maximum measurement value of 5000N
• Note that the diameter of the pressure plate is 108mm.
• Travel no more than 135mm
• The maximum pressure space does not exceed 430mm
• The maximum pull space does not exceed 280mm
Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure +/- 0.5% accuracy
