Overview
HT-10P spring tensile and compression tester is a special test instrument of HBO brand, which is used to test the deformation and load relationship characteristics of tensile and compression springs. The instrument is suitable for working load testing of tensile and compression springs under a certain working length.
Features
1. With the first peak hold function during the test
2. LCD screen, blue backlight
3. High Accuracy High resolution, high sampling speed
4. The upper and lower limit alarm values can be set, sound and light alarm, level signal output (can be set high and low)
5. Store 200 sets of test data and automatically calculate the average value of the stored data, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum
6. Three units N, kgf, lbf are automatically converted
7. Peak hold, hold time can be set (0~ 99 seconds)
8. Automatic shutdown without operation (time freely set 0-99 minutes)
9. Serial communication (can be conveniently configured as USB communication), computer display Linear dispersion, force table and other display methods and process data: such as printing, statistical analysis, etc
10. Optional installation of micro printers
Principle
The testing machine uses High Accuracy Sensor to collect data by measuring the deformation and load relationship of the spring during stretching or compression, and displays and records the test results in real time through the electronic digital display system.
Applications
Tension spring test, compression spring test
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Set test parameters (such as upper and lower limit alarm values, peak hold time, etc.)
3. Install the spring to be tested
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically records the data
5. View the test results and choose to store or print the data
6. Shut down after the test is completed
Notice
• Please read the instructions carefully before use
• Power frequency compliance
• The test shall not exceed the maximum measurement value of 10N
• Keep the instrument clean and drying
