Overview
HT-20P spring tensile and compression testing machine is a special testing instrument produced by HBO, which is used to test the deformation and load relationship characteristics of tensile and compression springs. It is suitable for working load testing of tensile and compression springs under a certain working length.
Features
1. With the first peak hold function during the test
2. LCD screen, blue backlight
3. High Accuracy High resolution, high sampling speed
4. The upper and lower limit alarm values can be set, sound and light alarm, level signal output (can be set high and low)
5. Store 200 sets of test data and automatically calculate the average value of the stored data, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum
6. Three units N, kgf, lbf are automatically converted
7. Peak hold, hold time can be set (0~ 99 seconds)
8. Automatic shutdown without operation (time freely set 0-99 minutes)
9. Serial communication (can be conveniently configured as USB communication), computer display force value Linear dispersion, force value table and other display methods and process data: such as printing, statistical analysis, etc
10. Optional installation of micro printers
Principle
The testing machine uses High Accuracy Sensor to collect data by measuring the deformation and load relationship of the spring during stretching or compression, and displays the test results in real time through the electronic digital display system, and has data storage and processing functions.
Applications
Tension spring test, compression spring test
Standards
Accuracy +/- 0.5%
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Set test parameters (upper and lower limit alarm values, peak hold time, etc.)
3. Install the spring to be tested
4. Perform tensile or compression tests
5. Observe the LCD display data
6. Save the data after the test is completed
7. Can be connected to the computer through serial communication for data processing
8. Optionally print test results using a micro printer
Notice
• Make sure the spring is firmly installed before testing
• Note that the test load must not exceed the maximum measurement value of 20N
• Keep the equipment clean to avoid dust ingress
• Regularly calibrate equipment to ensure test accuracy
• Turn off the power in time after use
Avoid use in humid environments
