Overview
HT-50P spring tensile and compression testing machine is an electronic digital display spring tensile and compression testing machine produced by HBO, which is specially used to test the deformation and load relationship characteristics of tensile and compression springs. It is suitable for working load testing of tensile and compression springs under a certain working length.

Principle
The testing machine measures the deformation and load relationship of the spring during stretching or compression through the electronic digital display system, collects data with High Accuracy Sensor, displays the test results in real time through the LCD screen, and has data storage and processing functions.

Steps
1. Set the upper and lower limit alarm values
2. Select the test unit (N, kgf, lbf)
3. Set peak hold time (0 to 99 seconds)
4. Set the automatic shutdown time (0-99 minutes)
5. Conduct spring tensile or compression tests
6. View and store test data
7. Connect to the computer through serial communication for data analytics
Notice
• Before testing, confirm that the free length of the spring does not exceed 100mm
• Note that the diameter of the pressure plate is ≤ 78.5mm to ensure that the spring size matches
• The maximum space for pressure is 245mm, and the maximum space for pulling is 155mm. This range must not be exceeded during testing
• The net weight of the equipment is 18kg, and safety should be paid attention to when handling
Maintain equipment accuracy of +/- 0.5% and calibrate regularly
• Clean the pressure plate and work area in time after use
