Overview
HT-100P spring tensile and compression tester is a digital electronic spring tensile and compression tester produced by HBO, which is specially used to test the deformation and load relationship characteristics of tensile and compression springs.
Features
1. With the first peak hold function during the test
2. LCD screen, blue backlight
3. High Accuracy High resolution, high sampling speed
4. The upper and lower limit alarm values can be set, sound and light alarm, level signal output (can be set high and low)
5. Store 200 sets of test data and automatically calculate the average value of the stored data, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum
6. Three units N, kgf, lbf are automatically converted
7. Peak hold, hold time can be set (0~ 99 seconds)
8. Automatic shutdown without operation (time freely set 0-99 minutes)
9. Serial communication (can be conveniently configured as USB communication), computer display Linear dispersion, force table and other display methods and process data: such as printing, statistical analysis, etc
10. Optional installation of micro printers
Principle
The testing machine measures the deformation and load relationship of the spring during stretching or compression through the electronic digital display system, collects data with High Accuracy Sensor, displays the test results in real time through the LCD screen, and has data storage and processing functions.
Applications
Tension spring test, compression spring test
Steps
1. Set the upper and lower limit alarm values
2. Select the test unit (N, kgf, or lbf)
3. Set peak hold time (0-99 seconds)
4. Set the automatic shutdown time (0-99 minutes)
5. Conduct spring tensile or compression tests
6. View and store test data
7. Connect to the computer through serial communication for data processing
Notice
• Before testing, please confirm that the spring size is within the allowable range of the instrument (maximum free length 100mm)
• Note that the diameter of the pressure plate is 78.5mm to ensure that the spring fits
• Pay attention to the sound and light alarm prompts during the test
• Regularly check the instrument accuracy ( +/- 0.5%)
• Clean the pressure plate and work area in time after use
