Overview
HT-200P spring tensile and compression testing machine is the HT series electronic digital display spring tensile and compression testing machine produced by HBO, which is specially used to test the deformation and load relationship characteristics of tensile and compression springs. It is suitable for working load testing of tensile and compression springs under a certain working length.

Principle
The testing machine uses the electronic digital display system to measure the deformation and load relationship of the spring during stretching or compression, collects data using High Accuracy Sensor, and displays the test results in real time through the LCD screen, and has data storage, calculation and communication functions.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Set test parameters (such as upper and lower limit alarm values, peak hold time, etc.)
3. Install the spring to be tested
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically collects data
5. View the test results and choose to store or output the data
6. Shut down or wait for automatic shutdown after the test is completed

• Spring installation should be stable during testing
• Regularly calibrate instruments to ensure test accuracy
• Avoid exceeding the maximum measurement value of 200N
• Pay attention to keep the instrument clean and drying
• Disconnect the power supply if not used for a long time
