HT-500P spring tensile and compression tester is a digital electronic spring tensile and compression tester produced by HBO, which is used to test the deformation and load relationship characteristics of tensile and compression springs.

Principle
The HT-500P spring tensile and compression testing machine measures the deformation and load relationship of the spring during the stretching or compression process through the electronic digital display system, uses the High Accuracy Sensor to collect data, and displays the test results in real time through the LCD screen, and has data storage and processing functions.

Steps
1. Install the spring on the testing machine
2. Set test parameters and upper and lower limit alarm values
3. Start the test, and the instrument automatically records the deformation and load relationship
4. Review peak hold data after the test is complete
5. View the test results through the LCD screen or computer
6. Optionally print test reports or perform data analytics

• Make sure the spring is firmly installed before testing
• Set appropriate upper and lower limit alarm values
• Be careful to keep the time setting range at 0-99 seconds
• Automatic shutdown time without operation can be set to 0-99 minutes
Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure measurement accuracy
• Avoid exceeding the maximum measurement value of 500N
• Use the appropriate unit for testing
