Overview
HT-1000P spring tensile and compression testing machine is a special testing instrument produced by HBO brand, which is used to test the deformation and load relationship characteristics of tensile and compression springs. This equipment is suitable for working load testing of tensile and compression springs under a certain working length.

Principle
The testing machine obtains the characteristic parameters of the spring by measuring the deformation and load relationship of the spring during stretching or compression. The device uses High Accuracy Sensor to collect data, displays the test results through LCD, and has data storage and processing functions.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Set test parameters (such as upper and lower limit alarm values, peak hold time, etc.)
3. Install the spring to be tested
4. Start the test, and the equipment automatically records the deformation and load data
5. View the test results and choose to store or print the data
6. Shut down after the test is completed
